    i have taken transfer during the first year of articleship and while filling form no 103 for re- registration the left period to be served is 2yrs1month9days i.e. termination will be on 15/03/2017 but as per the previous termination letter sent by ICAI balance period to be served is 2yrs 1 month 4 days i.e. termination will be on 10/03/2017. so i am confused about which date is the termination date?? How can i know my actual termination date of articelhsip?

      The same thing happened to me now. I received a letter from ICAI asking to change the date of completion. But what i have mentioned in 108 is the date that stated in the letter received at the time of transfer. Need help on this.

  84. hellow sir i have completed my articleship trainning on 27 oct 2016 so i send form 108 to icai kanpur but then after some days i received a letter from icai stating dat due to my excess leave i have to complete my excess 38 days trainning ..So i Re registered myself with the same employer with whom earlier i was registered and then i had send form 103 to icai ..nw my 38 days trainning is also over and i had filled form 108 but as my employer was out of town for some days he was unable to sign now due to urgency i am also out of town but alredy filled form 108 and now my employer says that he has alredy signed my form and also send my form through speed post so sir can u please check whether my form 108 had been received or not as they had neither given me speed post tracking receip so i m very tensed .My re registration date is 25th November 2016 and completion date is 1st janurary 2017..So please check in ur records abt my form 108 received or not…

    I had completed my articles & send the form 108 to ICAI after few days I got a letter from ICAI as my articles have been extended due to excess leave of 46 days. Now doubt is in the form 107 there is a column as SIGNED and DELIVERED BY IN THE PRESENCE OF with Signature of Witness,seal & signature .. in this witness signature who can sign ??

My Articleship completion date is 16.08.2014 but I had sent Form 108 in the month of Feb 2015 along with DD of Rs.300 for the delay but I have received correspondence from ICAI stating that my Articleship working days is not matching with the “Details of Work undertaken and training received column”. Therefore I had re-send the Form in the month of April 2015 (within the time limit of 15 days) making the required changes. Now I want to know the status of my articleship (whether accepted or not). I have checked the above mentioned link(i.e. method I) through which I got to know that my Articleship is still pending. Now I want to know the reason for non acceptance of my revised Form 108 as I have not received any correspondence form ICAI regarding non acceptance and reasons for the same. Please help me.

      Don’t worry…you will be getting a letter in future after the icai process the candidate’s final registration applications……If we take some gap between articles registration n final.application then one can’t get the articles registration completion letter from ICAI till the final application gets processed by ICAI….Anyway it’s better to call the institute and make an enquiry about this.

Hii raju sir… I registerd my self in ca ipc under direct entry scheme through cs intermediate basis a week ago…bu wen i got a mail from icai regarding my registration number they have mention two criteria that u have to under go atleast nine months of articleship befor appearing for ca ipc exam in may 2016..mean while they also mention that students u enetr through passing intermediate level of icsi or cwa have to pass atleast one group befor registering for articleship…i am in big dilemma that which one condition will implements on me…plse help me to track my details that under which of the above two conditions i ve register….so that i can paln accordingly…my registration nuber is.     • Hi Sivaji You can Not Download Your Articleship Registration Latter Online. Articleship Registration Latter will Only Receive Via Speed Post Only. If You Don’t Receive Your Articleship Registration Latter Submit Grievance on ICAI Website.
