After high academy, Drozdov attended Fork Union Military Academy in Fork Union, Virginia. He also went on to play council football at the University of Maryland, where he was a guard attack for the Terrapins.
After council, Drozdov was drafted by the New York Spurts in the seventh round of the 1992 NFL Draft. He played for the spurts for one season, before being traded to the Philadelphia Eagles. Drozdov played for the Eagles for one season, before being traded to the Denver Broncos. He played for the Broncos for two seasons, before being released in 1995.
After his NFL career, Drozdov played in the CFL for the Calgary Stampeders in 1996. He also retired from football and began a career in professional wrestling.
