GATE 2021: CCMT Counselling, CCMT Registration, Cut-off, Schedule. GATE CCMT Counselling 2021 has been started now. GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is a national level examination. This examination is conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. Through this exam, students will get admissions in various PG courses offered by IITs, NITs and many other institutions. GATE CCMT Counselling 2021 Procedure is managed by the CCMT (Centralized Counselling for M.Tech./M.Arch/M.Plan. admissions). GATE CCMT Counselling 2021
CCMT is an online admission procedure for all NITs (National Institutes of Technologies) & and several other Centrally funded institutions. These institutions are IIIT Allahabad, IIITM Gwalior, IIITDM Kancheepuram, SLIET Longowal, NIFFT Ranchi, PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur, SPA Vijayawada, Central University of Rajasthan, Institute of Technology & IIEST Shibpur. The counselling registration has been started from 13th August 2021. It is organised based on the GATE score. Candidates must have a valid GATE /2019/2020/2021 scorecard. GATE 2021 Counselling will be held in three rounds through online mode.
For seat allotment, candidates first have to register for the GATE CCMT counselling 2021. During counselling registration, candidates have to fill in choices of courses/colleges according to their preferences. Based on the rank, filled options & availability of seats, the seat will be allotted to the candidates. After seat allotment, candidates have to submit a seat acceptance fee & confirm their seat. Candidates have to report to the reporting centre & verify their documents. Then, candidates have to report to the allotted college & pay the admission fee.

GATE CCMT Counselling 2021 Schedule
GATE CCMT Counselling 2021 is organised by IIT Bombay. The registration process has been started on 11th September 2020. The complete application process can be done via online mode. The exam has been conducted on 5th, 6th & 7th February 2021 & 12th, 13th & 14th February 2021 through online CBT mode. GATE is organised every year to offer admission to eligible candidates in various postgraduate (M.Sc/ M.Tech) programmes. The detailed counselling schedule is mentioned below:

GATE CCMT Counselling Process 2021
The GATE CCMT Counselling 2021 procedure will be comprised of three rounds that are mentioned below:
Step-1: Online Registration, Choice Filling and Locking of Choices:
In this step, candidates have to register themselves on the CCMT website and pay the registration fees. The fee can be paid online by using SBI MOPS (i.e. Net Banking/ Credit Card/Debit Card or through e-Challan). The registration fee is Rs. 2200 (Rs. 1700 for SC/ST/PwD). After fee payment, candidates can fill their choices of programmes. Candidates are suggested to lock their filled choices during the counselling process. Printing of locked options has been started now. Candidates can also take the assistance of the Help Centers for registration and choice filling.
Step-2: Online Seat Allotment, Seat Acceptance fee deposit and Personal Reporting:
Seats will be allotted seats based on choices filled and merit. After seat allotment, candidates are required to deposit the seat acceptance fees (Rs. 20000) using SBI MOPS (Net banking/credit card/ debit card or through e-Challan). After that, candidates have to report personally to the reporting centre as per the given schedule. Candidates have to produce their original documents for verification at reporting centre. They have to submit a self-attested photocopy of documents & Seat Acceptance Fee payment proof. After document verification & seat acceptance fee, candidates will be issued a Document Verification Certificate (DVC).
Step-3: Getting Admitted to Allotted Institute:
Students allotted seats must complete the provisional seat confirmation process by paying the seat confirmation fee (Rs. 10000). Any other balance fee will be paid to the respective allotted college at the time of admission. After the payment of a seat confirmation fee, candidates will download the provisional seat confirmation letter from the website. After that, students can report to the allotted college with the required documents for final admission.
Documents Required for GATE CCMT Counselling
Students will be required to bring the following documents for the document verification process during reporting at GATE CCMT Counselling:
- Provisional seat allotment letter.
- Self-Attested Copy of GATE Score Card (2019 or 2020 or 2021)
- Photo ID proof.
- Original Birth certificate issued by competent authority/Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth.
- 12th class mark sheet.
- Mark sheet of qualifying examination (all semester).
- Degree/Provisional Certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable).
- Three Passport size colored photograph.
- Seat acceptance fee proof.
- Printout of the Registration form & locked choices.
- Migration Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Original Conduct Certificate from the Head of the institution last attended.
- Original Course completion certificate from the Head of the University/Institute in case result is awaited.
- One set of self-attested photocopy of all the original documents.
