In 2011, Candelario commenced his proficient career with the Dominican Summer League Cubs and has before contested for several minor league teams, involving the Daytona Cubs, Kane County Cougars, Myrtle Beach Pelicans, Boise Hawks, and Tennessee Smokies. Afterward, he was added to the Chicago Cubs’ 40-man roster. In his debut season with the Iowa Cubs, he had an excellent batting standard of .333 in 25 rounds.
