Karnataka MBBS BDS Admission Procedure 2021
The admissions in Karnataka state medical & dental colleges will be offered through the national level exam. The candidates should appear in the entrance exam and participate in the counselling. According to the rank obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam students will be allotted the seats for Karnataka MBBS BDS Admission. Candidates can fill the NEET 2021 application form from July, and the last date was 10th august 2021. The postgraduate MD/MS courses will be offered through NEET PG exam.
Entrance Exams

Karnataka MBBS BDS Admission 2021
No candidate will be allowed to appear in the written exam without fulfilling all the eligibilities which are given below. If the candidate will find to be ineligible at the time of admission, then their Karnataka MBBS BDS admission will be cancelled.
- Candidate should belong to Indian national. OCI card holders can also apply.
- Applying candidate should pass their 12th or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
- The qualifying examination should be passed with minimum of 50% marks (40% for reserve category candidates) in PCB and English subjects.
- Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply.
- The lower age limit to apply is 17 years as on 31st December in the year of admission.
- The upper age limit is 25 years and 5 years of age relaxation for reserve categories.
Selection Procedure
NEET qualifying candidates can participate in the counselling rounds for admission in the participating colleges. Candidates can fill their choices for the colleges during the counselling process. For 85% state quota seats, the state medical authority will conduct the counselling process. It is compulsory for the candidates to appear in the counselling rounds for seat allotment process. Candidates can confirm their seat by reporting to the assigned college and submit admission fee. If document of any candidate will find to be incomplete their admission will be cancelled at that particular moment.
