I am a 71 years old individual senior citizen conducting soft skills training programs at irregular intervals on a free lance basis to managers of a private bank in India, getting paid per program conducted. My aggregate turnover is below 20 lakhs per annum. Am I exempted from charging GST as per exemption 47 (c) (ii) or any other proviso ? If I have to charge GST , what is the procedure for individual GST registration in my name at Kolkata?
